How to Submit a Deletion Request

What We Can Delete
Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove or anonymize the following personal data from our active systems:
- Name, email address, and phone number submitted via inquiry or contact forms
- Event details and preferences associated with your inquiry
- Tour scheduling requests and notes
- Any lead or contact record stored in our internal management system
Retention Exceptions
Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request, where required by law or legitimate business purposes, including:
- Legal or regulatory compliance: Records required by tax authorities, accounting regulations, or other applicable laws
- Dispute resolution: Information necessary to resolve an ongoing dispute or enforce an existing agreement
- Active service obligations: Data tied to a confirmed booking or signed event contract may be retained for the duration of the agreement and a reasonable period thereafter
- Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for statistical purposes
We will inform you if any portion of your request cannot be fulfilled and explain the reason.
Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge your deletion request within 5 business days of receipt and aim to complete the deletion or anonymization process within 30 days. If additional time is required due to the complexity of the request, we will notify you.
Third-Party Data
Please note that if your data was shared with third-party service providers (such as email delivery platforms or analytics tools) in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](/privacy), we will make reasonable efforts to request deletion from those providers as well. However, we cannot guarantee deletion from third-party systems that operate independently under their own data retention policies.
