Event details and preferences associated with your inquiry
Tour scheduling requests and notes
Any lead or contact record stored in our internal management system

Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request, where required by law or legitimate business purposes, including:

Legal or regulatory compliance: Records required by tax authorities, accounting regulations, or other applicable laws
Dispute resolution: Information necessary to resolve an ongoing dispute or enforce an existing agreement
Active service obligations: Data tied to a confirmed booking or signed event contract may be retained for the duration of the agreement and a reasonable period thereafter
