1. Use of the Website

This Website is provided for informational purposes, event venue inquiries, and communication with M & N Event Hall. You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

2. No Guaranteed Booking from Form Submissions

Submitting an inquiry form, tour request, or any online form does not constitute a confirmed booking, reservation, or guaranteed availability.

All inquiries are subject to review and availability. A booking or reservation is only valid when:

  1. You have had direct communication with an authorized M & N Event Hall event coordinator, AND
  2. You have received a written confirmation (via email or signed agreement) from M & N Event Hall.

We are not responsible for any assumptions or commitments made based solely on an automated form acknowledgment email.

3. Tour Scheduling

Submitting a tour request through our website places your request into our scheduling queue. A tour appointment is not confirmed until you receive a direct confirmation from an M & N Event Hall coordinator via phone or email.

We aim to respond to all tour requests within 24 business hours. If you have not received confirmation, please contact us directly at (813) 765-0389 or coordinator@mneventhall.com before assuming your tour is scheduled.

4. Proposals and Pricing

No event proposal, price quote, or service agreement is binding until it has been:

  • Formally prepared and delivered by an authorized M & N Event Hall event coordinator, AND
  • Reviewed and accepted by both parties in writing.

Pricing displayed on the Website (if any) is for general informational purposes only and is subject to change based on availability, event type, guest count, and other factors. Automated form submissions do not generate official proposals. All official proposals originate from our coordination team exclusively.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this Website is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all content, pricing, availability information, or service descriptions are always complete, accurate, or free from errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.

  • Program Description: M & N Event Hall utilizes text messaging and voice calls to communicate with prospective and current clients regarding event inquiries, package pricing, tour availability, scheduling confirmations, reminders, and to coordinate operational details for confirmed bookings.
  • User Opt-In: By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website forms, you consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages (SMS/MMS) and/or voice calls from or on behalf of M & N Event Hall to the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or booking.
